Account Settings
Manage your PaperBanana profile, billing, security, and account access
Account settings are available after login. Use them to manage your profile, billing access, credit history, and security settings.
Profile
Your account is tied to your login email. Use the same email for generation, payments, and support so PaperBanana can match your records correctly.
Credits page
The credits page shows your current balance and recent credit changes. Use it to confirm whether payments, generation tasks, refunds, or manual adjustments affected your balance.
Billing management
Manage subscriptions and credit purchases from Pricing or the billing settings page. Available actions depend on the payment provider used for the purchase.
Security settings
If password login is enabled for your account, you can update your password in security settings. If you use social login, such as Google, manage provider access from that platform as well.
Contact support
When contacting support, include:
- Account email
- Feature used
- For billing issues: payment amount, payment time, invoice ID, or transaction ID
