Can I use generated figures in papers or presentations?

Yes, but you are responsible for checking scientific accuracy, labels, rights, and journal or conference requirements before use.

Why did my credits change?

Credit changes may come from generation usage, AI edits, subscription renewals, credit pack purchases, refunds, subscription credit expiration, or support adjustments.

Do subscription credits expire?

Yes. Subscription credits expire after 30 days. One-time credit packs currently do not expire.

Why are credits missing after a new subscription?

Credits are granted after payment confirmation. If payment succeeded but credits did not arrive, contact support with your account email and transaction details.

Can I edit text inside generated diagrams?

If the result is an editable SVG, you can edit text manually in Workspace Editor or use a small AI edit.

How many credits does Workspace AI Edit cost?

It currently costs 5 credits per edit. The button shows the actual cost before submission.

What if an AI edit changes too much?

Use a narrower prompt. Clearly state what must stay unchanged and what should be modified.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Where can I find previous generations?

Log in with the same account used for generation, then open My Creations.
