My Creations is your library for generated diagrams, illustrations, posters, and editable projects.
What appears here
After a task finishes successfully, the generated work is saved to your account. Depending on the tool, an item may include the final image, source prompt, credit usage, status, creation time, and links to reopen or download the result.
Reopen an item
Open an item to review the original prompt, reuse the result, or continue editing. Editable SVG projects can be opened in Workspace Editor.
Download files
Use the download controls on a completed item or result page. If a download fails, refresh and try again. For older items, the original file link may have expired, so you may need to regenerate the result or contact support.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Processing | The task was submitted and is waiting to finish |
| Completed | The result is ready to view or download |
| Failed | The generation did not finish; if credits were reserved, the system will try to release them |
Missing an item?
- Make sure you are logged in with the same account used to create the item.
- Refresh the My Creations page.
- If the item is still missing, contact support with your account email and approximate generation time.
